General overview

Steep skiing, a previously confidential discipline that has exploded in practice in recent years. Lighter and more reliable equipment now makes it possible to progress faster and ski with greater safety in all snow conditions. Social networks and the internet have facilitated discussions on snow and weather conditions and the practicability of slopes, as well as removing a good number of psychological locks. This activity halfway between skiing and mountaineering is nonetheless dangerous and sharp. A minimum of knowledge will allow you to avoid the pitfalls, but also to approach an objective slope according to your level and your desires.
